Mother Nature has a large
impact on syrup color. Maple syrup has several grades (light,
medium, dark, and grade B extra dark). Most of our product
is dark and medium amberes. We will fill orders with what
is most recently produced, which will vary from season to
season. Grade B is extra dark and has a robust, but tasty

Made from Pure Maple Syrup, with no additives. This product
resembles old fashioned block sugar that our fore fathers
used when cane sugar did not exist.
It tastes great on buttered toast, a crème cheese
bagel, in coffee on on meats and vegetables.
